Ingredients:


500g of ground meat
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 grated and drained zucchini
1 grated carrot
3 tbsp of parsley
1 tbsp of tomato paste
salt
pepper
paprika
cumin
1 tbsp of olive oil.

Direction:


- Finely chop the onion, pepper and garlic in a blender
- drain the mixture to remove all the liquid
- mix the ground meat well with the vegetables and spices
- shape your kebabs on ice cream or BBQ sticks
- cook in a preheated pan over low to medium heat
