Without kneading and without putting your hand in the dough‼️An extra soft cheese bread😋



480g all-purpose flour
2 eggs (keep a yolk for brushing the bread)
200ml of lukewarm milk
100ml of lukewarm water
1 tbsp dry yeast (8gr)
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp oil (60ml) 
100g of feta cheese or fromage blanc
80g of grated cheese
2 tbsp of parsley
2 tbsp of coriander


- let the dough rise 45min to 1 hour
- oil a spoon and oil your hands to form dough balls
- let the balls rise for 30min
- brush with egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk
- sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds
- bake in a preheated oven at 200C (400F) for 25min
