Ingredients:


250ml of lukewarm water, 1 tbsp of dry yeast, 1 tbsp of sugar, 3 tbsp of olive oil, 3 tbsp of plain yogurt, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of poppy seeds (optional), 500g of flour
Stuffing: 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 tomato, 100g of cottage or Feta cheese, 3 tbsp of parsley, 3 tbsp of tomato paste, 1 clove of garlic, 3 tbsp of olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika
1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk

Instruction:


- Leave the mixture of water, yeast and sugar to stand for 5 minutes
- let the dough rise for 45min to 1 hour
- degas the dough after rising
- Form balls of about 50g
- after filling the dough, pinch well to close the buns
- Brush with 1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk
- bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 25min
